yep, those trains that make the additional stops do so in the order noord, centraal, ziud/midi.

all of the trains from rotterdam to brussels (including the high speed "Thalys" services) call at Bruxelles Midi/Brussel Zuid. some of the slower inter-city services also call at Brussel Noord and Brussel Centraal.

Sorry,another part of the question, which station would come first?
Central as it is more to the north than Midi??
