he was on he's way home late at nite about 11.30 he was being tail gated and the car behind him tried to stop him
he assumed it was the police stopped at the side and the car stopped behind him, it appeared there were 2 or 3 young lads shouting in the car - he knew it was not the police and drove off, they followed him, flashing lights and speeding up very close to the bumper of he.s car
to avoid them he turned left in a a road to get away from them, as he turned they sped up close to him and he hit the corner of the shop wall.
he then managed to pull away and hide him self and waited untillthey were gone, he then went home and called the police and he,s insurance,
what are the implications? does any one know.
he was running to save he,s life.

Without independent witnesses, or speed camera evidence, it's likely to be treated as a straightforward accident.

His insurance will advise - but they, and the police, are unlikely to be impressed by his story - genuine though it may be.
why not read these replies, very similar 'story'
