Need Heating Engineer - Vrt 392F Display Flashing

It's just flashing on and off, nothing else on the display at all. Can't access heating or hot water control and have a 2 year old....... Help!

Is there a Reset switch on the boiler?

I only find mention of red and green leds flashing.

Is it these or the main display that flashing?

Perhaps its the batteries?
