Mikey, my reply makes it perfectly clear. Read it. Tory voters are often met with aggression from the left; therefore to avoid unpleasant confrontation they sensibly do the dignified thing - they keep quiet.

I have no idea about Ukip voters.

Silly comment.

You decide to retire abroad, not that you "cannot stand" living in the U.K, but you choice otherwise, for other reasons.

"Choice"...........that what it is all about.

\\\\\ex pats should not be voting at all,\\\\

Yes, I agree.
My sincere congratulations to all Tory supporters on the grand win, however it will be very interesting to see NOW how safe the NHS REALLY is in your hands.
But why are Labour voters not met with the same aggression by Tory supporters Naomi ? I am, all the time and not just here on AB !

I don't agree sqad, choice? yes, indeed, you can't have it both ways, why would you even want a say in a country that you do not want to live?
I am tending to agree with TTT Sqad. If people have moved abroad permanently, I am not sure why they should still be be able to vote ( or get the Winter Fuel Payment ! )
Indeed Ron....the money for all these cuts has to come from somewhere.
TTT

O.K...you don't agree.
^ good post from sqad @ 09.13, although it just might be as simple as a bad night for the pollling industry who underestimated the impact of the well tested line that Labour has a weak leader and a poor economic record.

Leaving aside any Labour post-mortem (and it already seems like Milliband will go), lively times ahead for Dave in the next two years. He's probably in for as much bother from his own benches as he is from the opposition, although the SNP will have the bit between their teeth.

Having nailed himself as a one nation Tory this morning, more devolution for Scotland and Wales - so what price the Union? And a very high risk EU referendum?

Yes, I agree.

I fail to see your posts, as i agree with you both.
Ron, I can guarantee that most Tory voters need the NHS just as much as everyone else. I would like to see the government whittle down the non-medical staff and address the outrageous costs that the managers are endorsing, and I would like to see something done about the enormous interest the NHS is paying on loans because far too much money is being squandered and has been for years.
Mikey, you give as good as you get – and more.

/// I have no idea about Ukip voters. ///

Look at that guy who dared to put up a UKIP sign, and the one threatened to have his head chopped off.
I agree with you wholeheartedly naomi, however I can't help thinking that the Tory party have always admired the American system of private health insurance & would dearly love to privatise the NHS ( watch this space).
I don't think so.
Ron.

\\\\\ I can't help thinking that the Tory party have always admired the American system of private health insurance & would dearly love to privatise the NHS ( watch this space).\\\

Really? How do you come to that conclusion.

If that became a part of Tory manifesto.....or any political manifesto, it would be Political suicide.
