I have just come back from a few days in Madrid and it was a nightmare. Cough cough cough, and totally bunged up. I feel exhausted and am disappointed with my performance work wise. I have just used the spray and washed my nasal passages out, but the post nasal drip cough is driving me and mine crazy. I think I am going to have the RadioFrequency done on my turbinates on the 13th. may, but how can I make myself feel better meanwhile. Fluimicil isn't the answer is it ?

Just come back from the GP. She had me take an X-ray of my thorax and the result is I have too much phlegm on my chest, not quite pneumonia or bronquitis. She says more asmatic. So have antibiotics, cortisone pills and an inhaler. She says it is nothing to do with my turbanite problem, but could have stemmed from there. I am very contagious apparently. I have taken it all and am now off back to bed. What a dreadful night I had.
Antibiotics, steroids and inhaler........they should do something Sam.
