Hope this is the section for this as no of thee others seem to fit, where can I get some medical records translated from Polish into English at an affordable rate. thanks

Have you got any Poles in your local area?

Or try the local college/university - they may have international students.
There might be a social club for Polish people near you, particularly if you live in a large town. That might be worth a try.
Visit your local Roman Catholic Church. You will possibly find Polish medical people in the congregation.
Scan the records and post as a file on your computer, then just use the 'translate a doument' option and click on 'choose a file' to bring up the file you put the records on.
Or just type the Polish into the 'translate' box on the link. Make sure you select 'Polish' as the input language first.
You must be joking Eddie. Have you ever tried internet translators. ?
^ you have to do a fair bit of correction of the English version but it gives you the main meaning.
With the number of Poles in the UK now there must be a demand for this service, lots of places must be doing it.
Eddie..... It is medical record information that the OP requires,where exact translations would be required,don't you think.
