60 hours is two and a half days.

So from 9pm tonight the next patch will be Tuesday morning, 9am.
Then Thursday, 9.00pm.

Tilly Thank you can you carry this on for the week please Amazing I am so grateful ,I will put this on my chart.
------Sunday 9am.

Hang on, I'll work out a couple of weeks.
Are you sure that it is every 60 hours? That's an odd dose regime.

What is it that you are taking? I can guess....probably Fentanyl.

If you are sure that you have the dosage regime correct, then followTilly's advice.
When I have had pain patches they have either been daily or weekly dosed, seems an odd amount of time In a Mo

SQUAD Hi I thank you for your concern ,I have been to the Pain Clinic and talked at length regarding this ,you are correct I am using Fentanyl my Neuropathy kicks in after approx 65 hours the recommended dose is 72 hours but we deceided to go for 60 hours and so far this has been helpful ,the only problem is trying to explain this logic when I have been admitted to hospital,I also take Oramorph which does complicate matters after some top drawer mathematics the Consultant worked out a dose which would have some success.
Thank you so very much Kind regards.
