In the past, every time I purchased goods from Amazon, Ebay, Tesco, Waitrose etc, I always used to get a confirmation of the order in a few minutes, but they have stopped.

Have I done something unintentional on my hotmail account?

I am on Windows 8.1, Thanks.

Sorry rocky,

should have mentioned that I always do.
Are you telling us that you are Not getting any confirmation of an Order; or that a takes longer than you have experienced in the past.!!??

Hans.
We're waiting for 2 confirmation emails as well (asda direct and debenhams) - the first should have arrived a week ago. We've changed server in the last couple of weeks, but gave the new, correct bt address and also we're still getting emails forwarded from our old server (orange). I thought it was me.
I'm on windows 8 as well ^^^^

Hans,

I'm not getting the confirmations at all.

I did speak to Tesco about it and they said they couldn't understand why because they are always sent.

I ordered an item from Ebay last Monday, and had no confirmation, so sent a message to the seller, and still no response!
trt - sounds as if we both have the same problem. Nice to know you are not alone! ;)
