What recipe did you use. I don't think I've ever tried one.
I've often made a completely effortless raspberry one and it goes down a storm.

Not having a sweet tooth myself most desserts are completely wasted on me!

I used this recipe

You couldn't eat a lot of it.

Eccles, I used full fat cream cheese, would I get good results with a lower fat one?
Cheers Rocky, I think I'll give that a bash.

It'll feed about 12 of you Ummmm. I wonder, can you freeze it?
This is roughly the one I make. https://secrettkitchen.wordpress.com/2012/03/05/delicious-light-and-fluffy-baked-raspberry-cheesecake/

Rocky, I tend to buy own branded cream cheese (Philadelphia looky-likey) and buy the lighter version which sits between full fat and whipped whitewash.
Question Author
Thanks Eccles, I usually buy the lower fat one but didn't want to play about with the recipe too much. I'll definitely use it next time as I think it'll be lighter.

I bought the Philli as it was on offer, so it worked out the same price as own brand ;)
Question Author
I'm gonna try your recipe next, it'll be half the price of the one I just made.
Swap you a portion of carrot salad for a slice of your cheesecake rocky ;)
Question Author
