With all this accusations /counter accusations / promises , with respect to the different parties - what would be in your perfect manifesto ?

Under such circumstances, baza, abolishing "ooman rights" would presumably leave nobody with them.
In fact everybody has human rights -- it's just that recently people have interpreted human rights as applying unconditionally to anyone who is biologically human, and the issues are getting more exposure. But in fact this is nothing new. The rights to, eg, trial by jury of peers and habeas corpus, etc, must necessarily apply to people who are, or turn out to be, criminals -- hence, unconditional. All other rights ought to be similar, in that they apply to everyone.

Presumably the taxpayer, MrsO. The costs could, however, also be avoided by not 'abusing' human rights in the first place. Oddly, this option doesn't seem to be given much consideration.

1.Continue with the EU but seek active reform to less of this political and legal meddling, also define job offers should be local for a period of x and introduce a points system for aliens. Cut back handouts to immigrants be in the last quartile.
2. Pile in bigtime on the NHS management with a pledge to use the money to boost the frontline and social care.
3. Cut aid back to pre 2010 at £7,5bln.
4. Quick defence review and cut one of the aircraft carriers probably and turn that back into modern defence needs
5. HS2 and 3 proceed but look at alternative of widening the existing northern rail corridors.
6. Money for innovation and R&D.
7. Corporation tax to 15%, arbitary offshore profit tax to be set at 30% - you will double the take.
8. Income tax to 12500 over the period, inheritance tax, 0 to the 1st million. VAT and Excise Duties freeze.
9.PRT to be cut in half to encourage oil, gas and fracking
10. Move Faslane to Plymouth and Portsmouth, or West Wales like Milford H.
11. Review Military exit training and support - too costly an impact on prisons and homeless numbers. latter est at 80000 in Scotland and equiv of the current active Army.
and there's lot more including money to be invested in needy roads like the A303M and filling in potholes, as well as money for bringing road signalling standards up to a standard and consistency in Scotland.

4. A full scale and independent audit of the NHS - I'm convinced that there is a lot of waste inherrent therein - not to mention all those managers .

It's not 'human rights' that would be abolished (although there are only rights of any sort due to the population agreeing they exist, not like they are cast in stone by God Almighty). It is the legal definitions that seems to be causing issues, either real or used as an excuse, depending on who you speak to.
Much is claimed to be 'human rights' which I for one simply do not recognise as such. It seems if someone somewhere wants to claim a right exists they make out it is a 'human right' and it all goes through on the nod.
I think I'll claim it is my human right for the government to supply me with 3 pints minimum of quality (real) ale each night at the pub of my choice, along with my choice of a packet of crisps or pork scratchings, as is my want.

I said I'd like the UK to withdraw its signature from the ECHR (and repeal our own 1998 human Rights Act). Human rights in the UK are perfectly well protected without these pieces of legislation which, as has been said, are deliberately vague and have been interpreted so widely as to make them disreputable.
To see what I mean go through the Articles:
Article 2 - the right to life. How many people in the UK have had their life illegally forfeited by the action of the State in the last 50 years?
Article 3 - Torture. How many people in the UK have suffered torture at the hands of the State?
Article 4 - Servitude. How many people have been enslaved by the State recently?
Article 5 - Liberty.
Article 6 - A Fair Trial
I won't go on.
Any of the very few people who may have suffered any injustices in any of these respects has adequate protection and redress from other laws (both civil and criminal). To suggest that without the ECHR people in the UK have no Human Rights is simply laughable.
