I just had a heart scare which you can see if you click my profile. Would it be wise to start exercising on wednesday as I want to strengthen my heart and expand my veins and cappilaries etc..due to suspected vasoconstriction or would you give it longer?

Deary me, quite the night you're having. Maybe try sitting quietly for a while till it all passes.
Leave the legal highs alone and all other unprescribed drugs. That will be a great start

I won't be touching anything ever again. I just wanted to know that after putting my heart under that pressure would it be wise to start exercising right away or if there's any damage give the heart a while to heal itself?
' give the heart a while to heal' ? what damage has been done ?
I don't think you have done any damage to your heart ... my heart rate reached 250 bpm last year and after a bit of treatment I am fine. I think you should take it as a bit of a wake up call to start taking better care of yourself...and leave any drugs alone. Being legal highs doesn't make them safe.
Reading your other posts you had palpitations as a reaction to legal highs which may have progressed to a panic attack.
