I've been on JSA for about 4 months and I was offered a job several weeks ago I accepted the offer and I wasn't given a starting date until last week. I haven't let DWP or my adviser know about my job offer and have signed on as usual. I've now signed the employment contract and have a meeting with the director of the company to clarify a few things. I'm wondering whether its best to meet up with the director and then let DWP know or let them know now that I have a starting date.

Just to be on the safe side, I'd be certain that the job suits first. Get your stuff clarified, then immediately let DWP know.
