hi there everyone I'm just looking for a bit of advice I'm holding a coffee morning Friday and I'm wondering if I make my carrot cakes today will they still be fresh on Friday. Any advice greatly appreciated thanks. ☺️

Yes, it you keep them in an airtight container.

If you lace them with enough preservative, they should keep until Christmas!

Thanks everyone. Maybe I take ur advice and lace it wit alcohol they all go home drunk!!

A good quality airtight container will do the trick but carrot cake wouldn't last that long in MY house. It would be straight down my neck within minutes. If any left over, send me a slice please xx
