I have a Virgin Media wireless router in my front downstairs room. The signal strength at the front of the house on both floors is fine but in the rear rooms especially upstairs the strength is very poor. I put this down to a combination of my 1878 house which is 9 inch brickwork combined with the distance. How can I improve the signal strength?
