Why do you say Islamic,Sandy?These attacks could have been perpertrated by any religious grouping.Fundamental Christians or Orthodox Jews or non-pacifist Budhhists or those so called peace loving Hindus...murderous bouggbers them Shintoists.Anyway it wasn't the "religion of peace".No way.

I feel sorry for the Tunisians - many feel European ( romani ) rather than Arab. which is kinda ironic considering their struggle for freedom against the colonising european powers but stranger things have happened in history

If you mean which tour company did I go with to Egypt, it was "Explore". As for Tunisia, can't remember which company, but it might have been VJV.

They weren't. They were perpetrated by Islamic extremists. IS has claimed responsibility.

I would not go to an Islamic country on holiday,ever. There are plenty of nice places to go on holiday without going somewhere where women are treated like dirt (including western women). If you want total safety go to Western Canada -the worst that can happen is you get eaten by a bear lol!
