Vegetarians

Are there any vegetarians here?
Ive never understood the rationale behind vegetarianism.

the only problem i have with vegetarianism is eating out or with other people, they always seem to come up with a dish that includes cooked toms, mushrooms or aubergine.

I love my meat but i doesn't bother me if i don't have any, lunch today is a lentil, bean and spinach chilli

Where I used to live they were putting thousands of tons of human sewage on the land straight out of the treatment plant, it stank!! I believe it had been treated but still looked and smelled like poo!

Years ago I knew a farmer who would have the stuff from his septic tank sprayed on his land -he was not growing crops though it was for hay. I guess that's totally against the Law now thankfully.

Nothing at all against vegetarians or vegans. Its their choice and doesn't affect me in any way. In fact, I admire them.

I saw a TV programme about a slaughter house. I cried and vowed never to eat meat again.
