Yes I would eat pork slightly pink. I think most meat tastes better slightly underdone, except beef which I love very very rare.

Pears? I only like them if they are very ripe - slavver chop pears is what we call them!

Wouldn't eat pork pink in the middle but would eat beef and lamb that way.
I like pears but they have to be very ripe otherwise it's like chewing logs.

Those of you who wouldn't eat pink pork is it because you still believe it to be infected with parasites and other nasties?

I wouldn't eat pink pork, and yes, I was brought up to believe raw pork has all sorts of risks.

I like pears, but they don't like me :-(

I like pink pork and pears have a lovely taste and a not so nice texture

1. Yes, I think my alcohol consumption saves me from any problems with under cooked, or slightly out of date meat problems.

2. Love pears, but only when soft. Don't like the small green ones, forgot the name, is it conference? As they tend to taste like wood.

I don't eat any meat that is not totally incinerated. Pears are okay but not something I eat often...flavour and texture, no problem.

I don't eat any meat (not that I eat much meat or a wide variety of meat) unless it is cooked to buggery and back (I have been known to microwave a steak to make sure it is well and truly 'cooked').
