If you need a place to chat with people who are going through the same as yourself I can recommend the Macmillan forum site. There are lovely people on there who gives wonderful advice and support.

gid...good advice from mosesg but please always feel you can come on here, there's always people rattling about and sometimes it helps to chat with people outwith the family....night times can be a lonely time.
