What's Now TV, like SKY or something is it?
What was the nature of your complaint. Would sharing it help or was it something of a technical nature.
I prefer dealing with people via e-mails to telephoning, for various reasons.

I would never have touched them if I knew there was no contact over the phone.

I have sky (about 138k a month or something) they own Now TV..phoned them...nowt to do with us,

I cancelled last month (after they stole £9.99 from my bank) even though I was only two months into the 3 months free trial.

Anyway the excuse for taking yet more money was you only cancelled movies not the entertainment package. That was a total lie lie, I went through every cancelling option they had to cover all bases.

Beware of these shysters!
I spent over 3 hours on the telephone to Talktalk last week and was ready to murder everone in sight - be careful what you wish for
Is this a Question or a statement Talbot, or have I missed something?

OK point taken Talbot, I will take it as nonsense then!
I think if you're angry/frustrated about something, it's good to get it off your chest. I did it with British Gas/Scottish Power. And it's interesting to see if other ABers have had similar experiences and/or how they resolved them.
I'm beginning to think with call centre stuff they've got so used to people ranting it's pointless. Sometimes the calmer approach gets you further. After waiting 40 minutes for TT to even answer I flew into such a tirade down the phone that the woman just cut me off after 1 minute!!! I thought I'd die from the anger.
^Lol, that would have been quite funny. As long as it didn't happen to me.

There is a few interesting forums on Now TV.
I should have read them first.

That's fine, trt...have been back to the Brit thread and thought about my point on there?
I have NowTV and I find it great for what I want at a fraction of the cost of Sky or Virgin. I have no complaints at all. However I have every sympathy for your experience, I had something similar when I wanted to cancel my Sky subscription, it was almost as if I wasn't allowed to!
