My daughter had to apply for a barring order against her ex partner. However when he has drink taken, he shows up at her door. He has been arrested many times, but released again on bail. Have the Gardai the power to force him into Re-hab? I am worried for my six year old grand daughter.

I very much doubt that the Gardai can force him into rehab. But it may be an option open to the courts. Has he been tried after any of the arrests?
