Very sweet, thanks x
I take it that the little ginger boy is still a kitten. It is a tiny monkey - he must have been really small when they 'rescued' him.

I like the kitties and monkey all together in the first photo.

Do you live near this place? Are they your photos?

I am jealous!

I just go out on weekends to help out. The place is about 30k from where I live. These are my photos the previous ones were taken by the owner of the place.

The ginger cat is a young cat now not really a kitten anymore. The monkey was very tiny he is still having a bottle
They make a lovely pair. I take it mummy monkey is dead. It is amazing that your friend managed to save him and get him to this stage. A friend has just finished hand-rearing two kittens and the regular feeds were exhausting her.

The pictures really are a cheerful start to the day. I am now going back for more sleep - with my mini Tiger cubs.

Lovely pics, as always. Thanks Brin xx

Mummy monk was killed on the road. The other famous pair out there are the serval and the jack Russell. She doesn't keep to many as she tries to release as soon as possible but there are some that will stay for ever. The serval had a shattered hip and would struggle in the wild and she has two lions that cannot go back to the wild and one or two others but mostly she rehabilitates and releases.
If she ever needs to go away and needs a lion sitter ..................

Your brave wolf I like to keep my distance from those critters. Have you seen the photos of Harriet and the new kitten.
Yes - the new kitten is very young looking. Harriet is pretty young herself but not a kitten/cub.

Two more lions? It is difficult to follow the stories on Facebook. I am nosey - it is just difficult to picture the set up. They seem to have more domestic kittens than anything.

Are they able to feed the lions thing like road-kill?

I have enough problem caring for two moggies - Princess Merlin is a girl with a temper and Frankie is a cowardly Lion with asthma. They have lovely personalities but they really don't like each other very much.

All cats - big and small - are complicated animals. Male lions have a relatively easy time. A friend used to describe their day as "procreate, eat, snooze, eat and sleep" - the girls do the rest!!

They try and re home the cats. They buy or get donated old live stock and carcasses from the abattoirs.
