Help - Want To Remove Things From Icloud Account

All I want to do is see what exactly is stored on my icloud account and then decide what I want to delete. I am getting so frustrated because I can't find any simple instructions. I have an iphone 4s and my kids have an ipod touch each and we have an ipad mini. They are all attached to this icloud account so its now full but I can't find, when logged in from laptop, how to delete certain items. I don't want to delete whole back up of a certain ipod etc just go on and see what games, photos, music is on there and decide what I want to take off. Can someone please help. Thank you.

Go into Settings, iCloud, storage, manage storage and that will tell you what you have in icloud. Then you need to delete what you no longer need.
