If you type in Russian car crashes on Youtube you can possibly spend the rest of your life watching crash after crash. What amazes me is the same kind of crash repeats itself time and time again... you think they would learn.
They seem to relish driving fast when there is a few inches of snow on the road. Another one is overtaking on the inside seems normal practice.

This is what happens when you allow the masses to own their own vehicles! When I travelled in the USSR (way back) nobody owned a vehicle...just about everybody used public transport (at about 2p a journey!)

that particular tunnel was under the river in moscow and had serious leaks within,
the water froze on numerous occasions and you see the results its since been fixed, and yes gingebee i was in moscow in 68 when the only cars you saw were official ones and taxis (volgas)
