"flu" Virus

A virus has been "doing the rounds" in this part of the world (North Lancs) and of course I got/have it. Have you had it? What were the symptoms and how long did it last. ?

Me :- High temperature , sore throat, aching legs. no appetite, lethargy, shivering then sweating, bad thoughts and dreams. Not had owt like this before and I had the N H S flu jab in October.

For two days I was coughing up blood and was convinced I had Lung Cancer For Funks Sake. Such has been the disorienting effect it had on me.

Better ,ish now thanks. Well I hope so anyway!!!!

Highlight of my week, Bunty plopping through the letterbox. Loved the dressing up dolls they sometimes had on the back.

"Lawks " is posh Victorian for sheeee tttttt and I should know because I am old and I've felt like sssss hhhhhh eeeee ttttt all week.
