What's the size of the file in MB ??
Do you have access to a PC/laptop ??

hi it is 28.58 MB And yes I do have a lap top.? Many thanks

Easiest way would be to transfer the file to your laptop, using a USB cable, then email it from your laptop.
If you don't have a USB cable, you can still transfer the file to your laptop by installing an app called "airdroid" on to your phone.
Then on your laptop, go to:
http://web.airdroid.com/
You can then either scan the QR code, or create an account and log in.
You can now transfer files from your phone to the laptop (no need for the USB cable, you're transferring files over the internet) and just email the file from your laptop.
