The Treasury certainly isn't safe. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole and Labour couldn't even organise a profitable betting operation on a two horse race.
Whatever you think about the changes to the NHS, it was Labour who pushed most of them through and most of the ideas were theirs too.

The Country is not safe in Labours hands so I can't see why the NHS would be!

Nothing wrong in having ideas, it is making them work that is the difficulty.
Not safe, but probably safer.

There should have been an independent inquiry into the NHS in Wales, as there are clearly problems there.

But the situation in England isn't exactly rosey. Mid Staffs is hardly a beacon to the Coalition's running of the NHS.
Whoops, Mid Staffs was under the last Labour Government - I'll get mi coat.
as long as the UK authorities are still in dialogue with the EU on TTIP, the NHS is not safe in anybody's hands, and it's disingenuous of any party that suggests otherwise.

I think the NHS should be taken out of the political arena and managed by a broad spectrum of 'politicians' or other people.

As yet no comments from our man in Wales, he must be following in his leaders footsteps.
It's not safe in any of their hands since none of them have the balls (not Ed) to sort it out properly and drag it into the 21st century.

By just tinkering at the edges all of them are effectively signing the NHS's (or WHS's as some would prefer) death knell, it simply cannot survive like it is.
nothing is ever safe in labours hands, as they prove time and time again....
I don't see the problem with involving the private sector as long as we get value for money and it's still 'free' at the point of delivery.
Baldric, ditto.
How have Labour been allowed to mess on a huge scale up yet again?. Nearly everything they touch turns into a long lasting nightmare for society.

Safer than with tory or ukip morons.
Labour is largely the creature of the Trade Unions, who put the welfare of their members before that of the country.

Not a recipe for success.
