Just read that for the 45th time in a row Man United's F.A. cup tie will be shown live on t.v.,provided they beat Cambridge in the replay.Some bias there surely.

Not bias, simply commercial sense.
The BBC has always been biased in favour of Manchester United. They believe the entire nation adores the ground they walk on.

The cup tie will be screened on BBC whether Man U is there or not.

Link please as this statement suggests that every United FA cup tie (for the last 45 games) has been televised.
come on, everyone wants to see Cambridge stuff united.

Thank you for the link, ichkeria. I really was taken aback to believe that to be true, I would like to say that a TV deal going to the Bantams would have been better... and we all love an underdog.

United v Cambridge.. in the article says that United supporters with season tickets will have to pay to see some cup games, is part of the contract for a season ticket and trying to get bums on seats will benefit Cambridge United by about 1.5 Million if they get a full house.
