Does anyone knows if the no smoking law includes banning of E-Cigarettes in restaurants and supermarkets?

Ryanair sell them on board.

Only sometimes the solution contains nicotine. The purchaser elects to have or not to have nicotine in the e cigarette.

So do other airlines ummm. You can`t smoke them though - just like you can`t smoke any of the duty free fags you buy on board.

I assumed they were selling them so the smokers could use them on the flight.
