Chilli Prawns With Mango

I watched a television chef cook this, and it seemed an odd concoction. Has anyone tried it?

I make prawns and mango often we love it. I use a Rick Stein recipe from his far eastern odyssey series, its simple and quick and seven with a bit of jasmine rice it's delicious.

I haven't tried it but I can see how it would work. The sweetness of the mango will temper the heat of the chillies

crab and mango is totally delicious.

Make sure you have a ripe mango, I made a mango salsa to go with a pulled chicken dish and because the mango wasn't ripe it tasted vile.
