Pc Won't Boot Graphics Card Fan Runs High

Help please my computer won't boot up everything was fine yesterday turned it on today and the monitor is blank and the fan is going like the clappers an ideas? I've not made any hardware or software changes

Could be almost anything.

Are you sure it's not booting up given that you can not see what should be on the monitor ?

Have you tried a different monitor ?

Are you implying that the fan is going faster than usual ? Which fan, one of the graphics card ? If so something may be overheating there.

Have you a budget graphic card you can try to see if the rest is going ok ?
Check all cable connections from pc to monitor (including electrical cable supply fuse). Ensure all case vents are clean and unblocked. All case fans running? CPU fan running?
