I have a keyboard for my hudl how do you access upper letters eg @ on the keyboard I hope you know what I mean

The upwards arrow under Caps Lock.

The blue upboard arrow will give you capitals. The button underneath with 123 on it will you give you 2 more pages of symbols including numbers, @ and punctuation.
