Wife's Nokia Lumia 530 has somehow received a screen shot from something/someone:- awjul13.77win.co/aw/site/awjul13/7gclid=CM6U3fD-h8MCSnkwgodsQ4A1w and is unable to remove it or kill it. Any help appreciated

Thanks guys, it was on the phone after she entered a newspaper competition, not immediately I would add but, the next morning. Have tried to remove as per Nokia manual but despite using the bin symbol to remove it, it reappears when she next switches on. So the question remains how to remove? Apart from a factory reset please?
