I do not think the Councillor created this spoof, rather he just reposted it. It is both bad taste and also satirical. It is the sort of joke that the public can get away with, but, as it is using death camp imagery, it is something a politician should steer clear of. So the suspension is justified.

I'm all for labour using it, show some of them for what they are.
One can barely imagine the bedwetting, hand-wringing, wailing and gnashing of teeth had this been a UKIP councillor.

I can only surmise that such Labour personnel are poorly-educated closet Nazi's or bare faced liars, surely?
