.... could be, mamya :-)
Christmas finishes on two dates, boxie....the 6th on Epiphany or with Candlemas, which falls on Monday Feb 2. For example major cathedrals keep their trees up until the 2nd - and, supposedly the tradition, the singing of carols is from the 25th to then and not before Christmas Day - source: the Dean of Truro Cathedral.
Or playing the bagpipes?
I am too, tree still up.
Thought that was on 11th November :/

Tempus fugit - it needs no accelerant. Cool your jets, boxtops :D
We could have a new one for tomorrow. Notable events for 4th January are:
1906 - South Africa beat England by one wicket, their 1st Test win
1903 - Topsy, an elephant, electrocuted by Thomas Edison during the War of Currents campaign.
1887 - Thomas Stevens is 1st man to bicycle around the world
1762 - England declares war on Spain & Naples
46 BC - Titus Labienus defeats Julius Caesar in the Battle of Ruspina.
I don't think it matters when Christmas is over! It will be back with us in another 9 months;-)
Shurrup Dusty...can't be dealing with build up again...too stressful!

Yes, I know that, DTC - but Santa flying over the rooftops is only for Dec 24/25.....
Not over until Jan 6th
It's celebration time of the duration of Christmas... 'let it go'... besides did you mention it was too soon before the 24th. ;-)
Burns' Night falls on a Sunday so he may have problems (that's the reason given in the past for not marking St Andrew's Day)
Sorry, a bit slow off the mark this year :)
What's the new one?

Looks like a couple having a kiss and someone running away.

Is this a reference to Prince Andrew?
:)
