Have You Ever Astonished Yourself

I read a quote recently ( I would be obliged if any ABer provided the link) that basically said that if we (as human beings) were to achieve everything that we were capable of that we would literally astonish ourselves.
It just seemed that it was an approriate quote for a new year.
