I would like to make an urgent application for interim relief to the court to have my child reinstated in school - following a contractual dispute. I would be grateful to receive information on the process involved.

I dont think there are many ABers who have applied ex parte for interim relief. Your first stop would be the Citizen's Sdvice Bureau ( free ) but they may also say they have had no experience

You may well have to see a litigating solicitor ( means money at £200/h)

sorry - this q is above the pay grade of just about everyone here bar ( ha!) one or two....
