Why is the Southwick Tunnel closed so often evening/overnight? I travel that way quite frequently during the weekends and have found it closed for at least 50% of my journeys. I can't believe it's "just" down to maintenance as there aren't any other tunnels [that I am aware of] closed for such a high proportion of the time.
