Can the video /dvd combo be used to transfer a video to a dvd .are they dear ,anyone want to give one away ? Seriously are they dear and do they work .

Mine transfers video to dvd (Philips DVDR3320V). It's a few years old and I can't remember how much it was.
Looks like there's a refurb on Amazon for £75

Could be a lot cheaper to get a video to digital converter. Put it in PC from video, and then create DVD from that.

Again, check amazon or maplin.

My option is possible. Have done it. we are talking up to £20 for cable only kits and up to £40 for named kits.
