This has got to be wihtout doubt the most inept yet corrupt body on the planet, cerainly in sport:

So if I've got this correct a leading US lawyer investigates FIFA, finds serious misconduct, bribery and wrongdoing, has a hugely redacted report published that supposedly CLEARS the body of such, he appeals their redacted version and they deem his appeal inadmissable.

Fair enough!
