Not sure if I can explain this. Sony Vaio just back from repair from sony, windows 8.1, and Firefox; when I google something and it comes up, when I click on the link, the link title turns into a small green unclickable link. The cursor turns from an arrow into a useless line. Any clues, anyone, thank you.

and now on AB all the labels like recently answered, threads involving me, etc are missing?

Try right clicking on the link and then left click on "open link in new window" - does that work?

No can't even get that far, the purple link goes and am left with the green name underneath and it is not clickable.

Have you tried a re boot.?

Sound like Firefox is corrupted - do the links work in IE or Chrome?

If so I'd reinstall Firefox.

Yes - as SirOracle says - first of all try a full shutdown (not 'sleep') and wait a minute or two before starting it up again.

I've restarted but still no use. How do I reinstall Firefox, do I have uninstall the one I have now?

Sorted, it was the Adblock that I had installed yesterday. Thanks for the help.
