Marijn, so relieved but probably too late for online Christmas shopping.
That was my plan (not fit enough to carry home large amounts of shopping by public transport followed by a walk home)
Oh dear, that's a shame. :-( My broadband was ok, thankfully. It was just my phone line that was broken for a week. I hope you can manage to get all your shopping done for Christmas.

Have no intention of depriving my fantastic family. Taxi drivers beware!
This sounds like the problems we had with Telefonica in Spain in Spanish! Pleased to say just a fading bad memory now as we don't live there any more.
Hope all is now ok Daisy. I had to wait in two days last week as a parcel was coming from Parcel Force. Deliveries were to be between 7am and 5.30 pm. I cancelled appointments and waited in ALL day but nothing. Tracked the parcel number and found that it had been returned to their Gatwick depot at 7.44 that night. Next day, I got another email to say that it had been loaded onto the van again, same delivery times etc. SO, another day waiting in ALL day. Didn't arrive by 5.30p. It eventually arrived at 6.23 pm. Bottom line? Don't use Parcel Force.
