The Post Office seems pleased that "this has been brought to our attention"
But why didn't they do this simple adjustment to the Chip and Pin machines
before ? Surely this would have been a problem for wheelchair users as well. The Post Office is a very large company, and they should have realised that there was a problem right from the very start. Why wait until someone sued them ?

Its hardly rocket science, is it !

NJ....what if there was a sleeping child in a buggy, already on the crate?
I very much doubt she done it for the money.
Funnily enough, the disability discrimination lawyer (yawn),who represented her, said she had hundreds of other cases 'in the pipeline'.
