Afternoon/Evening.

I've just found another benefit to Ted Stockings other than they prevent edema, phlebitis and thrombosis.

They are a great place to hide money (notes) and a great place to put your phone/iPod. A bit like how some women put their phones in their bra's whilst out and about.

Pretty cool I think.

Can someone please make Sqad aware of the following:

I have just had my SATs done and my BP is 137/125. The nurse looked like she had seem a ghost. She said; "I'm not trying to scare you but you're highly susceptible to having a stroke". She then said that she had previously worked with stroke victims at another hospital and was taught that if the diastolic number is over 120 to panic. The normal range being x/80-90. Cheers

Jeez....I don't know anything about BP but try try try to stay calm. She shouldn't have said that to you. That's just adding more stress!! xx

It's high but I've seen a lot worse however the fact that the number are so close can be an issue, hopefully they are looking after you mate
