360 Security Antivirus Boost App For Mobile Phone

I have downloaded the above app on my Samsung Galaxy S3. It has a Data Monitor on it. Every so often it tells me I have exceeded my daily usage, so when I go in and up the daily usage, it then tells me I could incure charges by doing this. Could anybody please explain to me how this works as I dont understand it. Thanks.

I strongly advise that you take specialist advice and make best effort to remove this malignant App from your Mobile Phone. Failing that the phone is going to need a factory reset. There is a lot of Cr?p in the Google Apps. Sorry to be so blunt. I am open to other posters who have a better solution. Give it time and someone might post.
