Just had a pop-up thingy saying 'Another device is using your IP address, contact your server' or something along those lines? I've fancied my PAYG credit has been going rather quickly, lately. Could that be connected? Or is the IP address more to do with e-mails. I had to turn my lap-top off & back on and presumed the message would 'pop' back up but it didn't. If it said contact your server does that mean 3 who I have my 'browsing time?' from?

I know little about such things but are you on a wireless network where your mobile, perhaps, is trying to use the same address as your PC ? Try switching things off then back on again so they reset the addresses they use.

Ah I re-read and spotted that an off & on has already been tried and worked. good.
I suspect it'll be WiFi you are using. Your mobile service provider won't be involved. They have their own network / data channel, and hopefully won't clash with anything.

My phone gets the same e-mails as my lap-top, OG.
I switched the lap-top off & on to 'register' a credit. Maybe it did accidentally sort the problem out. That pop-up hasn't come back ((yet). Cheers.
