They might, but they are not legally obliged to.
I very much doubt it.
No. Even when shops normally offer refunds on non-faulty purchases (which they're not legally obliged to do), gift vouchers are always excluded.
Why would they ? They have yet to give you the goods you bought. No point in letting you have the payment back instead. They'd have to be fairly desperate for goodwill.
Either spend it yourself, or sell it to a family member who would normally shop there.
