The Bureau de change at Thomas Cook's perhaps.
In the past I have paid with euros in M&S.
Northern Ireland is in effect a dual-currency area.

Elsewhere, I got two-thirds face value for a pile of small Euro coins (right down to lots of 2 cents and 1 cent) from a coin shop.
Do you know anyone wanting Euros for an upcoming trip? You'd both save on the exchange rate, we once changed cash with an American and both parties were better off than going to a bank. Yes, I know it's illegal before anyone tells me!
I put all the small coins into a charity box.

Really?? Not sue I believe that.
I still don't know what "smash" is....the new slang words for change or coins perhaps ?
