I have the answer but am unsure how to plural it - do I put an 'X' or 'S' at the end??

I think "bureaus" or "bureaux" is acce[table. Both are recognised plurals.
Either seems acceptable according to Chambers
Just checked Collins - plural of beau can be beaus or beaux so it looks like either should be acceptable.
As both "beau" and "bureau" are from the French, if I wanted to be very pedantic, I would prefer the "X" in the plural.
