The London High Court was petitioned by Mr Hegglin to make Google unlink his name prospectively from insulting and untrue pages on the internet.

Google Hegglin + Nazi and find pages such as Merdato Libero !
Do it quickly before it is unlinked.

Mr H seems to have been a banker in the 2008,
and one commentator in particular is not pleased that Mr H's losses are not enormous - presumably like the commentator's.

Sett;ed this morning just before the case was due to start

The www may be a platform for everyone to air their views, no matter which end of the 'spectrum of sanity' they may inhabit.....but there really ought to be checks and balances available to those people so maligned.
