Bicycle Handlebar Grips

I looked online for some replacement handlebar grips. I measured the ones on the bike at the moment and they're both 95mm (i.e. both handlebars have a grip shifter, separate from the handlebar grip).

All the ones I find online are either longer (e.g. 125mm), or come in pairs of one long and one short.

Ideally I'd like brown leather ones. Is what I'm looking for really so unusual? Can anyone help?
